Cancellation and refunds
What you get back if you cancel a stay booked and paid on this site, and how the refund works.

Example for 4 nights at €315 a night, €1,260 in all: deposit of €378 paid on booking, balance paid 30 days before arrival.
How to cancel
Write to Kathy on WhatsApp at +32 474 722 982 or by email at contact@keurbarywah.com, giving your dates or your booking reference. The date of your message is what counts.
How you are refunded
The refund is started within 14 days of your cancellation, to the card or account used to pay. Depending on your bank, it shows on your statement a few days later.
If you paid the balance another way, by bank transfer for example, Kathy refunds you the same way.
If the balance has not been paid yet
Until the balance is paid, only the deposit is at stake. Up to 30 days before arrival, you get it back. After that, it is kept and nothing else is asked of you.
Changing dates, arriving later, leaving earlier
To change your dates, write to Kathy: if the new dates are free, she will tell you what is possible.
Nights that were booked and not used are not refunded.
Travel cancellation insurance can cover the unexpected, such as illness or a cancelled flight. It is not included in the booking.
If Kathy has to cancel
Everything you paid is refunded within 14 days.
The same applies if the same dates were booked on Airbnb at the very moment you were paying here: Kathy tells you at once and refunds you in full.
No 14-day right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates (Article 16(l) of European Directive 2011/83, found in France in Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and in Belgium in Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law). The cancellation terms on this page apply instead.
If you booked on Airbnb
The cancellation terms shown on Airbnb apply, and Airbnb makes the refund.
